Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item purchased from our online website for whatever reason, return it together with the original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date and we will either exchange the item or give you a refund excluding delivery charge.

Please contact us for full instructions before returning any goods or returns will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

Engraved Items

* Items which have been engraved cannot be canceled or refunded.
* For goods that are damaged we can only offer an exchange or replacement.

Faulty Goods

* You must notify us of any damage, fault or shortage within 7 days of receipt of the goods - we can not accept responsibility after this period.
* You will have the option to have your goods replaced, or refunded providing that the above condition is met.

Returns Policy

* If you need to return goods for any reason, please contact our customer services department first and await a response before returning any goods.
* Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
* You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless faulty/incorrect.
* We only bear the cost of standard recorded postage with the postal service.
* All refunds will be authorized following receipt and inspection of goods at our workshop.
* We make every effort to describe products accurately, however we cannot accept liability for errors or if slight variations in the actual goods.
* A Restocking charge of 20% may be applied at our discretion.
* We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Worldwide Delivery

Standard Shipping

Our Standard Delivery option normally takes 2-3 Days to the UK and 5-10 to the rest of the world to arrive at its final destination depending on your location. A charge of £9.50 applies for UK mainland addresses. A charge of £15 will be made for European addresses and £20 for the rest of the world. This will be added at checkout.

Out of Stock Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will always e-mail you to inform you of the delay timescale.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

* The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed automatically when you select the appropriate country after placing an item into your basket. 
* Upon receipt of your order we will contact you to inform you of the availability and expected delivery times.
* Although we try our very best to maintain our delivery services we can't guarantee delivery timescale's and don't accept liability for items that miss deadlines.
